BeGifted was built on the heartfelt journey of our founder and visionary, Ben.
A dedicated working mother, Ben was on a mission to find the ideal boarding school in the UK for her son. She grappled with the tedious process of navigating the complex application process, all while seeking a nurturing environment that would support her son's aspirations.
In seeking comprehensive guidance and support, Ben found that solutions fell short of addressing her concerns. She then realised numerous parents in Thailand faced similar obstacles - trying to find the best educational opportunities for their children with no comprehensive support system.
In this process, Ben connected with Gift. An established private tutor well-versed in the complexities of the Thai educational system, Gift is steadfast in helping children discover their strengths and building environments where they could thrive.
Fuelled by their personal journeys and a profound desire to revolutionise Thailand's educational landscape, BeGifted was born. Their mission is to fill market gaps, provide quality tutoring and be the guiding light for ambitious young minds.
Meet Our Founders
Benjaporn Karoonkornsakul (Ben)
Founder
Ben is the visionary and founder of The Absolute Group. Ben graduated Magna Cum Laude from Assumption University of Thailand (ABAC) and pursued her MBA at Georgetown University, where she was a distinguished member of the prestigious Beta Gamma Sigma.
Upon graduation, Ben spent 8 years in the finance industry with Asia Pacific’s leading banks, holding key roles in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.
Passionate about fitness and wellness, Ben made her mark in the Thai health & fitness industry with the launch of Absolute Yoga in 2002. Driven to empower and transform lives, she built The Absolute Group that consists of fitness studios, wellness resorts, gourmet meal plans and more. Absolute has since expanded to Singapore (2017) and Hong Kong (2023).
Wanwisa Montrikittiphant (Gift)
Co-Founder
Gift brings a wealth of diverse skills and experience to empower students on their educational journey.
With an MBA from Sasin School of Management (including an exchange programme at Kellogg School of Management @ North Western University) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from University College London, Gift has been a private tutor for almost a decade.
Gift excels in teaching various subjects, guiding students through IGCSE, A-level and IB programmes. She is trained to enhance students’ academic skills and provide valuable counselling for their academic and career paths.
With a strong background in leadership, Gift is a Senior Instructor at Thailand’s leading rhythm cycling studio Absolute Cycle, training new instructors and members.
